Fourth commemoration of Super Typhoon Yolanda – We Remember
On this fourth commemoration of Super Typhoon Yolanda, WARAYNON INITIATIVE NETWORK (WIN) would like to pay homage to the thousands of named and unnamed men, women and children who perished in its fury, and honor & inspire the families they left behind.
It is amazing to see how faith, hope and love have made the human spirit rise from the rubble. Although, there has been a marked sense of normalcy, WIN is committed in the coming years to help and reach out to those in need.
In the words of Pope Francis during his homily at the Papal Mass in Tacloban, with the power that comes from Jesus’ love on the cross, let us move forward, always forward, and walk together as brothers and sisters in the Lord.
